Warranty Terms
1. Please read the instruction manual included with each product before use.
2. The warranty becomes valid upon filling out the designated form and from the first day of product use.
3. The company is committed to repairing the damage or replacing the damaged part of the product after it is convinced of the necessity of replacing it based on the report of the company’s maintenance center. This does not mean replacing the product after use.
4. The warranty does not include external accessories of the product such as plastic, remote control, and external covers.
5. Warranty does not cover breakage, neglect and misuse.
6. The warranty does not cover any defect resulting from improper installation of the product or use contrary to the instructions or technical standards.
7. The warranty is void if the company inspects the interventions carried out by an unqualified technician.
8. The buyer is not entitled, under any circumstances, to change or remove the serial number of the device or product, and the warranty is considered void in this case.
9. It is preferable to use power regulators in areas with irregular current frequency.
10. In the event of a device malfunction or if it is sent for maintenance during the aforementioned warranty period, the company is not responsible for the device’s transportation costs. The buyer must bring the device to the maintenance center and receive it from the same center.
11. It is forbidden to clean screens of all types with water or other cleaning materials. Only use cleaning materials specific to them.
12. The company's maintenance center and its technicians are not obligated to accept or repair any device or product whose owner does not have a warranty certificate and an official purchase invoice.
13. Home maintenance for the following electrical appliances only (refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, freezers, ovens, cookers, hoods, air conditioners)
14. The motor warranty covers only the defective parts and does not cover the associated replacement costs (for example, but not limited to, labor, shipping, gas recharging, etc.)

3. Perishable consumables made of plastic, glass and leather
4. Batteries in cordless phones
5. Speakers in stereo and audio systems
6. The warranty does not include blades and knives in all devices.
7. The warranty does not include all electrical wires and chargers.
8. Operating systems (SOFTWARE) in computers and printers
1. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, burning, breakage, and misuse, such as dirt accumulation. It also does not include perishable consumables made of plastic and glass.
2. Damage caused by exposure of the device to sand, dust, sunlight, moisture, rust, or the use of chemical or oily cleaning materials that harm the device
3. Cracked or broken gas stoves, vacuum cleaner hoses, filters and bags, washing machine pump cleaning and rust
4. All electrical device malfunctions resulting from the entry of strong or excessive electrical current such as lightning or thunderbolts, or damage to the device due to the entry of irregular electrical current.
5. If chemicals are used to remove scale from irons, the appliance is out of warranty.
6. The warranty does not cover any device malfunction resulting from the use of unclean water in washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, dryers, which causes the accumulation of dirt and deposits or any device malfunction.
7. All products and devices are designed for home use and if used outside the scope of home work, they will be void of warranty.
8. The warranty does not cover shadows on all types of screens.
9. Any malfunction in computers, printers and telephones resulting from the use of non-original adapters or connectors
10. Any malfunction in vacuum cleaners, carpet and floor cleaning devices is due to improper cleaning of the filters.
